Family Friendly Activities in Boise from A to Z (Almost)
Hearing the words "I'm BORED" is like hearing nails against a chalkboard, isn't it? As the weather starts to warm up and the school year begins to wind down, planning ahead for summer vacation is never a bad idea!
There's no other way to say it. Summer 2020 was a bummer. COVID-19 stripped away some of our favorite outings. Western Idaho Fair, Canyon County Fair, Eagle Fun Days, Meridian Dairy Days, Snake River Stampede...all canceled. The good news? Each of those events (and more) have announce return dates for 2021! We put together a handy guide with those dates and the websites/social media accounts you can follow for more details as they get closer HERE.
Many of those events happen over weekends, so you'll be looking for things to keep the kids busy on weekdays too! One of our favorite parts about living in the Treasure Valley is the fact that there's never a shortage of things to do. On any given day, we can probably rattle off at least 50!

While you're trying to balance work and are getting back into the routine of picking-up/dropping-off kids for in person leaning that might seem a little overwhelming. That's why we'll keep it to 25 this time around. (Yeah, we really tried to find something for the letter X but just couldn't come up with anything! If you have something, feel free to drop a comment and let us know so we can update the gallery!)
