Should we get rid of this law - or - keep it?

In our state if you are 21 or older is it legal for you to be served an adult beverage while watching a sexually suggestive movie in a theater?

Idaho law says:  NO in accordance with Idaho Code 23-614

KTVB is reporting that the company that owns the Village Cinemas in Meridian is suing the Idaho State Police.  Last February the theater was ticketed and threatened with getting their liquor license revoked because  they served alcohol to adults 21+ during the movie Fifty Shades of Grey.

There was a case in the U.S 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where the court found that alcohol regulations can't be used to suppress First Amendment rights in California.   That case could set a precedent for why Idaho's law is unconstitutional.
