Backstreet Boys. Postponed again. Matchbox 20. Postponed again. Goo Goo Dolls. Postponed again. In a matter of days, our concert loving hearts were smashed into 1,000 little pieces. At least we have Encore Night's Bon Jovi experience to look forward to!

Last week, we told you that Encore Drive-In Nights is kicking off its second pandemic era concert series with Rock & Roll Hall-Of-Famers and Time Warp Weekend favorite, Bon Jovi! The one night only concert experience happens on Saturday, May 22. Both of our area drive-ins: Terrance Drive-In and Parma Motor-Vu are venues.

While Encore Drive-In Nights took place exclusively in outdoor venues in 2020, improving COVID-19 case numbers and the reopening of traditional movie theaters nationwide has provided them additional opportunities to bring the concert experiences to fans. Select indoor theaters will also offer tickets to the Bon Jovi concert.

Edward's at Boise Spectrum is one of those theaters. Their screening starts two and a half hours earlier than the drive-in screenings. It's scheduled for 7 p.m. and seats are extremely limited.

Some of you expressed interest in seeing the show, but didn't want to pay what you considered "full price" for a concert that isn't in person. (Tickets for the drive-in shows are $89 per car for up to six passengers.) This is a budget option for those of you who aren't splitting the admission fee with other passengers. Individual tickets for the Edwards showing are $15+tax. We did the math. That's about what you'd pay per person if you did have a full car load of six.

The limited tickets for this experience will sell fast, so if you'd like to go you can buy them HERE!
