Since the sandwich chain began their "Month of Giving" in 2011, they've helped raise over $32 million for local charities, including Make-A-Wish Idaho. Today alone, they hope to raise over $8 million and you can be part of the cause just by grabbing a sub for lunch!

Throughout the month of March, the three Jersey Mike's locations in the Treasure Valley have invited customers to make a donation to Make-A-Wish Idaho. Today's the final day of their charitable push and the day where they'll donate 100% of their sales to help grant life-changing wishes for kids living with critical illnesses. You read that right, they're donating 100% of their sales, not just the profits, to Make-A-Wish Idaho.

That's going to go such a long way to help wishes like the one they recently granted for four year-old Adele come true. Adele's fighting a brain tumor and having to go through all the tough things that come with that battle: doctor's visits, physical therapy and medical procedures. Her wish was to be like the ballerina's she loves to watch. Make-A-Wish and Ballet Idaho teamed up to give her a special day complete with a limo ride, tutu and dance class with instructors from Ballet Idaho.

As you can imagine, Make-A-Wish Idaho was one of the many local non-profits that wasn't able to hold their signature in-person fundraising events in 2020, leaving potential donation dollars on the table. They were able to pivot and raise funds still through the semi-virtual Great Polar Bear Challenge, virtual Walk for Wishes and virtual Serving up Wishes event. Having a sub at Jersey Mike's today is an easy way for you to help them start 2021 off strong and help make up for some of the funds that didn't come in last year.

Here are the three locations participating in today's event:

  • 1624 S Broadway Avenue, Boise
  • 7610 West State Street, Boise
  • 1511 W McMillian Road, Boise
