A LITE-FM Christmas Wish for Stephanie

LITE-FM's Christmas Wish is back, thanks to our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. This year's 13th went to Stephanie.

No family expects to lose their home, their clothing and all of their personal belongings in one evening, but that was the nightmare that Stephanie's family ended up facing in 2016. Their Caldwell home caught fire and was a total loss. As you can imagine, rebuilding your entire life from scratch with no warning or heads up can be incredibly stressful and incredibly expensive.

Stephanie's one of the most caring moms/nanas that you can find and welcomes everyone one into her home, so she's got quite a few mouths to feed. She lives with her step-daughter Kenzi, Kenzi's four siblings and four grandbabies. Years after the fire, she's still struggling to play catch-up with bills and making ends meet, but she'll never tell you how stressful it can be. She does it with a smile on her face because she knows that she's making sure her loving family is taken care of.

Kenzi wanted to make sure that Stephanie knew how much she and her siblings appreciate the hard work and long hours Stephanie puts in so we loaded up our lead delivery elf, Jeff Connell in our Team Subaru of Nampa Ascent delivery sleigh and headed to surprise her at work.  Check out the surprise in the video above!
