A LITE-FM Christmas Wish for Brittany

LITE-FM's Christmas Wish is back, thanks to our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. 

Carrie wrote to us about her daughter, Brittany who unfortunately experienced something too many people in the Treasure Valley are experiencing. Carrie and Brittany rented a house together so that Carrie could help Brittany with her four kids. In April, they received the news that the house they were living in had been sold and that they would have to find somewhere else to live.

That's proven to be a challenge, so the six of them moved in with family in a home that's already a little cramped. On top of being displaced, Brittany's also having to take time away from her job because she's currently pregnant with twins. It's a high risk pregnancy and her doctors told her that stepping away until the babies arrived was necessary.

With so much on her plate, Brittany's having a hard time finding her holiday spirit and Carrie hoped we could help her provide a little extra holiday cheer and hope for her daughter and grandbabies.

With the help of an angel family that wanted to adopt Brittany's family, we were able to do that and give her a gift that she really needed for her youngest! Click play to hear what it was!
