LITE-FM's Christmas Wish is back, thanks to our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. This year's tenth wish went to Leif.

Leif and Katie went through something that no parent should ever have to experience about four months ago. They had to lay their 10 year-old song to rest after he passed away in a kayaking accident.

The couple has three other children. One's a teenager, the other are toddlers. They're absolutely heartbroken over not having their brother around to open presents with on Christmas morning. Max's death has rocked the family to the core.

That's why this special team of elves reached out to us to see if there was anyway to put together some experiences for the family to do together to make some new memories after a really difficult year. We know that nothing we do can take place of those special memories they created with Max, but we certainly feel like this family should have at least a few reasons to smile through the tears.

We sent our lead delivery elf, Jeff Connell, to surprise Leif with some fun outings for his families.  Check out the surprise in the video above! (Click the play button where you see the little birdies to hear it!)
