I was THIS close to losing a free pizza offer last week. Some would consider that an unforgiveable crime.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that it's been a year since my beloved Old Chicago in Downtown Boise closed it's doors for the final time. The closure wasn't pandemic related. Their parent company, CraftWorks, filed for bankruptcy days later and closed several other locations. The location at the Boise Towne Square Mall survived, but it's just not the same. I hate driving to the mall, so it takes a mini-tour or an offer like a free birthday pizza to go there. This year, I procrastinated and almost lost my free pizza.
