You would think I would be more motivated this summer to exercise.

The weather has been perfect, the greenbelt is right next to my house.  I really have no excuses, or do I?  For the last couple of weeks my youngest boys have not wanted to sleep through the night.  Every two hours they’re up and screaming, wait for it, Mom!!!  At the top of their lungs no less!  One of them sees ghosts and the other sees monsters, whatever, they’re driving me crazy.

Plus the stress of work and a plethora of other excuses have kept me from truly committing to working out.  I thought if I started blogging about it I could find my inspiration again.  I want to be healthy for my kids when I’m older.  I don’t want them to have to change my diapers!

I’m starting my vitamin regime again and a daily schedule of exercise that will run a minimum of 30 minutes.  I’ve also removed the ice cream from the house and I will be concentrating on more healthy meals for myself and not just my kids.
