20,000 Egg Easter Egg Hunt Coming to Caldwell
Wasn't it just last week we were speculating if Easter Egg hunts would return to the Treasure Valley this year? It looks like you can pencil one in!
Our friends at Indian Creek Plaza in Caldwell safely hosted live music, farmers market, Halloween, Christmas and ice skating events throughout 2020. Now they're gearing up to add a little fun back in to Easter weekend!
On Thursday, they announced that their Spring Eggstravaganza is scheduled for Saturday, April 3 at 11 a.m. The 20,000 eggs will be spread over three divisions: kids 3 and under, ages 4-6 and ages 7-10. The exact location near Indian Creek Plaza where the egg hunt will take place is TBD.
In addition to the egg hunt, your children will have the opportunity to ride the kiddie train and compete in the "cutest chick" costume competition. The costume contest is open to kids five and under. Costumes will be judged on originality, detail and completeness.
Listen to Michelle Heart mornings on 107.9 LITE-FM and download our free LITE-FM app in the App Store or Google Play to stay up to date on Easter fun happening in the Treasure Valley.
The Spring Eggstravaganza will give you a chance to make up for those Easter Bunny photos you missed in 2020. The Easter Bunny will be available for free photos on your own device during the event.
Indian Creek Plaza's "Farm to Fork" market may not begin until May, but there will be a spring market on April 3. Look for food and craft vendors, as well as free kids activities.
