With so many new businesses opening around the Treasure Valley, you may have found a new favorite. But when someone’s coming to visit the area and asks where they should eat, your mind tells your mouth to immediately blurt out an old mainstay and what to order there. It’s almost involuntary. 

Why? Because when a restaurant knocks a certain item out of the park, it becomes their “claim-to-fame” and the one dish that EVERYONE in town recommends, talks about and photos food pics of. Several restaurants in the Treasure Valley have achieved that sort of status. We polled our listeners to see which restaurants are well known for a single menu item. These were the top answers.
