I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile a few years ago, and even with this new offer, I'm not necessarily regretting it. Tmobe, as I call it, gives me free Netflix for my best friend, who's on my account, and I, plus unlimited hotspot for when I'm not around WiFi and free text and data in almost every country for when I'm out of town. But they don't give me this new perk that VZ is offering.

Verizon is giving its subscribers a free year of Disney's new streaming service, starting yesterday when the platform debuted.

The company said in a statement that its Disney+ offer applies to "all new and existing 4G LTE and 5G unlimited wireless customers," as well as "to its new Fios Home Internet and 5G Home Internet customers."

If you're a Verizon customer who already signed up for a paid Disney+ subscription, don't worry: CNBC reports that you're still eligible, with a Verizon rep explaining that your "purchase will be put on pause and resume after the Verizon promo period."

For the rest of us, Disney+ is expected to cost $6.99 per month. Keeks got it as soon as it was out Monday night and loves it.
