The 10 Priciest Homes in Canyon County Are Beautiful and Sometimes a Bit Quirky

You don't realize how different luxury homes in Boise are from the million dollar homes on the market in Canyon County until you take a good look at the photos! 

In June, we gave you a chance to peek inside the 15 most expensive homes on the market in Boise. Some of them were hundreds of years old and part of the National Register of Historic Places. Others were such new construction that their listing photos were simply renderings with a digital view of the foothills in the background. There was even one that taught us not to judge a book by it's cover. It didn't look like much from the outside, but it had a really cool indoor pool hidden inside.

These million dollar homes in Boise were VERY different from the ones for sale just a county over. We decided to look at the ten most expensive homes for sale in Canyon County during the month of September and found a potpourri of interesting things in them. We're talking everything from a multi-purpose events center, to multiple fishing ponds, a "fitness pole" in the game room and a fifties diner!
