Flatbread Pizza as we know it is going away in Meridian, but the Lumsden family who has established Flatbread Pizza in not only Meridian but in Salt Lake City, Bend, Oregon and a few locations in between.

The Meridian Flatbread Pizza location is the only location that will close and then re-open in June as Eight Thirty Common. The Lumsden family says the new restaurant is a gastro-pub with a

chef-driven but playful menu

The name was inspired by their address 830 N. Main Street and the menu will look very different. Here are some sample menu items according to an article on boisedev.com.
