Boise Costco Giving Priority Access to Certain Customers
Skip the line, grab your TP and go!
As Idaho's "Stay Home" order continues, it's no surprise that stores that sell essentials like food and sanitizing products are the busiest places in the Treasure Valley. Walmart, Albertsons, WinCo and Fred Meyer have all felt the need to put crowd control methods in place to limit customer contact. While those stores are busy, the one retailer that is continuously seeing lines out the door is Costco.
On Wednesday, the membership warehouse announced that they will begin giving priority access to certain customers. Healthcare workers, police officers, EMTs, firefighters and other first responders may now go directly to the front of a warehouse's entry line.
If you fall into that group, you'll need to show your Costco membership card and official identification of your work role in order to take advantage of priority entry.
Just a reminder, Costco has temporarily limited the number of people who can enter off a single membership card to two.
