A LITE-FM Christmas Wish for Tessa

LITE-FM's Christmas Wish is back, thanks to our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. 

Julia wrote to us about her mom, Tessa. In addition to her three teenage girls, Tessa also takes care of her two young nieces while working a full-time job from home. That's no easy task and she's so appreciative for her job that lets her have flexible hours as long as she's meeting her deadlines. It makes caring for such a large family a lot easier.

Julia mentioned that her mom does the absolute best she can do to pay the bills and tries to make sure the family has what they need. By the time all of those responsibilities come out of her paycheck, there's not much leftover for the holidays. She knows this weighs heavily on her mom. Julia, who's disabled and has been in a wheelchair since she was a little girl, also mentioned that she's been having an increasing amount of health challenges this year and that her mom worries about her a lot.

Her Christmas Wish for Tessa was to have a little extra help for the holidays so she could exhale and really enjoy the holidays instead of worrying about them.

That's why we loaded up our elves Brittiany and Andy into the Treasure Valley Subaru delivery sleigh and sent them to do!  (Click play to hear the surprise!)
