Time is a weird thing right now. Being mixed up in this worldwide pandemic has made days feel like weeks and weeks feel like years. At the same time, I just looked at the calendar and had a panic attack when I realized August is creeping up on me.

That means my wedding anniversary is coming up in just a few days and again, I'm scrambling to find a gift for hubby. Bless his heart, he makes it a big deal to point out the "meaning" attached to how many years we've been married. Last year was our first wedding or "paper" anniversary.

To him picking out a gift for me was a no-brainer. He snagged me gift certificates to shop at Shu's Idaho Running Company and get a massage and pedicure. Of course, those gift certificates were printed on what? Paper.

I was trying to think way too far outside the box and the idea of getting a gift certificate for something he'd enjoy never really crossed my mind. Instead, I ended up getting him four rolls of custom anniversary toilet paper. He didn't laugh. He hated it.

So, here I am asking YOU for help! Year two is the cotton anniversary and he just ruined my plan. Hubby tends to hang on to undies and socks with LARGE holes in them far too long. After harassing him about it for the 1,079 time. he finally caved and bought a bunch new ones over the weekend. I was going to buy him a bunch as a practical, cotton made gift! Now I'm back to square one.

I'm in desperate need of last minute "cotton" ideas that I can pick-up locally in the Treasure Valley. Our anniversary is August 4, but we're celebrating this weekend. I don't have much time to wait for deliveries!
