Scalping Tickets

Ashley wants to know:

"Is it illegal to scalp tickets to concerts and stuff here in Idaho?"

We looked into it and there aren't any scalping laws officially on the books here in Idaho.  However, Boise State University asks that you not try to resale any tickets on the campus.
