Free MAC Lipstick on Saturday

Saturday is National Lipstick Day and one of the most popular makeup brands is giving away lipstick. Just giving it away for free. M.A.C. is inviting all of us makeup-lovers to grab our favorite color. Here's a list of what they have, the most popular colors and what most Idahoans will gravitate towards (so you can get something different). 

The color most women in Idaho gravitate toward when buying lipstick is a rose color. This could fall into the mauve line or a pink-y dust hue. I tell you this so when you go to pick out your free lipstick color, you're getting something not everyone else will be wearing on their pout. Yes, I just used "pout" in a sentence.

There are no catches to this free M.A.C. lipstick on #NationalLipstickDay. The lipstick is free. It's not a "buy one, get one free" type of deal, a "spend this much and you get a free gift" type of deal or a free mini. The M.A.C. lipstick is full-size and completely free.

Plan ahead for the long lines and please save me a spot. I know that ULTA sells M.A.C. products (they open at 10:00 a.m. at both the Boise and Meridian locations - I checked) and there's a M.A.C. store inside the mall by the Macy's shoe area.

The top M.A.C. lipstick colors are:

1. Angel - a soft pink for people with fair to medium skin tones
2. Brick-O-La - a mid tone berry for medium to dark skin tones
3. Please Me - a muted rosy pink color for all skin tones
4. Russian Red - an intense bluish red for medium to dark skin tones or people with fair skin with warm undertones
