Valentine's Day is a little under a week away! Book your reservation at one of these romantic Treasure Valley restaurants before tables are gone!
Ladies, I'm putting this list together partially to help you drop a hint or two to your guy as to where you'd like to eat for Valentine's Day and partially as some research for myself. Nate so romantically booked our dinner this year while sitting on the couch next to me. All I know is that they took his credit card information ahead of time and that it's a four course meal. Now where, oh where is he taking me?
Chef Enrique's created a four course meal to amuse and tempt you while you savor and indulge! You'll have a choice of a Burrata Cheese Salad, Lobster Bisque, Pear & Roasted Beet Salad or Jumbo Rainbow Crab Raviolis to tempt you with. Then savor your choice of Sea Food Pasta, Venison, Ora King Salmon, Rib Eye, Chilean Sea Bass or Barbacoa's famous Hot Rock Filet. End on a sweet note with Chocolate Souffle for Lovers and Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Your dinner at Barbacoa also includes one dozen red roses in a vase to take home.
At Melting Pot, Valentine's Day is twice as nice! They're offering two different options to celebrate the day of love. On February 14, they'll offer a special five course menu that also gives you a champagne toast, rose petals, romantic candle light and chocolate covered berries to help set the mood. Check out that menu HERE.
If you can't celebrate V-Day on a Wednesday evening, take advantage of the late Valentine's Celebration they have available February 15-17. The package includes any 2 four course dinners, bottle of 14 Hands Cab or Luccio Moscato d'Asti, rose petals, 3-signature chocolate covered strawberries and preferred romantic seating!
Located at Chateau Des Fleurs, Le Coq D'or serves up Valentine's Day dinner in the Gold & Platinum Ballrooms from 5-10 p.m. The three course dinner includes a Prawn Salad, Braised Short Ribs in a red wine blend and an original desert called Cupid's Kiss.
If you asked Christian Grey, this would be your "hearts and flowers" type of Valentine's Day celebration. Capitol Cellars is serving a four course meal that gives you a choice of pan seared sea scallops, Idaho-northwest raised beef prime rib or five spiced duck breast for your main course. Have you ever tried champagne roasted strawberries? You'll get them for desert if you order the Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee for desert!
That's right! The Treasure Valley's premiere steak house will be finished with renovations and open on Valentine's Day! Choose a main course of Filet Mignon, Rack of Lamp, Day Boat Scallops, Chilean Sea Bass or Lobster Tail. Your three course meal also includes a choice of Lobster Bisque Soup, Chandlers Wedge Salad or Caesar Salad. The hardest part of the evening? Choosing between the Fromage Blanc Cheesecake or The BOMB for desert!
While they'll be serving their regular menu on February 14, The Brickyard still expects their reservations to sell out. They'll be hosting their Pappy Van Winkle Bottle Release party that evening. Have dinner with your sweetie at Brickyard and you'll be able to try 10, 12 and 23 year old bourbon.
Stay loyal to local at Alavita! Chef is preparing a very special Valentine's Day Pre-Fixe menu that takes guests through three courses: a Lobster & Chicory Salad, Mary's Farm Duck and Chocolate & Strawberry Genoise Cake made with Ghiradelli dark chocolate. This is one of the more affordable Valentine's Day dining options in Boise with a price tag of just $50 a plate.
