Boise Shelter Will Send Kittens to Cuddle With Your Valentine
If anyone is friends with my husband on Facebook, can you drop a subtle hint that this would absolutely make my day?!
I would venture to guess that most women who are happily taken would look forward to some sort of special Valentine's Day gift being delivered to her office. Flowers, chocolates or some other sort of Edible Arrangements always impress, but one Boise animal shelter has put together a Valentine's Day gift that stands out from the rest!
Our friends at Simply Cats Adoption Center has a limited number of Kittygrams available for delivery on February 14! For a $100 donation to the no-kill cat shelter, you can send your sweetie a flower, candy, personalized message and at least 15 minutes of cuddle time with one of Simply Cat's kittens!
According to the big reveal on Channel 6, two dwarf kittens named Winky and Griphook will be the kittens make Valentine's Day extra special this year. These little ones were rescued from a large feral colony near Kuna. Because of their dwarfism, the kittens are smaller than your average six month old kittens. They weigh in at just about three pounds a piece and are currently in foster care.
There are a few restrictions when it comes to ordering your Kittygram. The recipient's home or office needs to be located within Ada County. If it's a business, the location should be approved for an animal visit.
