$500.00 No Questions Asked

As we were going through "Missed Connections" on Craigslist this morning, I ran across this ad.

$500.00 reward.... (Caldwell)

... for location of Douglas Bull in the Caldwell area. P&P is hesitant to give this info, as the DA has a pending investigation. Cash in hand, no questions asked.

If there are no questions asked, then why would they be asking where this guy is....just saying.
