I'm still kicking myself for missing the opportunity to enjoy Chipotle at the same time as one of my favorite actors! Celebrity sightings in Idaho are fairly common and these are the stars that people seem to run into the most.

I'll never forget scrolling through Twitter a few years ago and seeing Channel 2's Roland Steadham post a photo of Kiefer Sutherland eating dinner on the patio at the Downtown Boise Chipotle. When I moved to Boise and knew absolutely NO ONE, I spent weeks holed up in my apartment binge-watching every season of 24 to feel less lonely. I would've given just about anything to run into THE Jack Bauer as he was driving through Boise with his band between shows in Seattle and Salt Lake.

Of course, I'm sure I would've embarrassed myself if I had actually been at Chipotle that night. I'm kind of thankful that the script was flipped in 2019 when I had the opportunity to meet him somewhere where he'd expect someone to fan girl. I finally got to meet him at FanX, a Salt Lake City based comic convention and he had to ask me who I was cosplaying. When I told him Captain Marvel, he laughed and said "Man, I need to get a book."
