Last week one of my co-workers popped his head in my office and said "I think I want to run another race before the any of 2019. There's probably not any left, are there?"

If there's one thing we know about our listeners, it's that you guys have enormous hearts. Some of you would love to donate cash to help us put together a little hand up for the holidays for over 70 families, but might not be able to because money is tight for your own family.

During the holiday weekend, there were plenty of events happening on and around the Grove Plaza: Empty Bowls, St. Al's Festival of Trees, Idaho Steelheads games. If you made it to one of these events, what did you notice about the Christmas Tree on the Grove Plaza?

Between all the hustle and bustle, make it a point to set aside an evening to load up the car, grab some hot cocoa and check out some of the impressive Christmas lights homeowners all over the Treasure Valley have put up for 2019!

Round out the long holiday weekend by checking out almost 550,000 Christmas lights at the Idaho Botanical Garden!
