The Boise Blue turf is almost like our cities most prized monument at this point. Everyone knows how special the Blue Turf is and of course it's always been one of the most iconic parts about Boise State.

They were even selling pieces of the old Blue Turf and everyone was buying it! Some parts of the turf were going for 25,000 dollars! Big Cat of Barstool Sports even announced on Twitter that he had bought the 10 yard line of the Boise State Blue turf. It is being installed in the Barstool office.

Boise State's Albertsons Stadium Gets Nominated

USA Today has recognized the Boise State Blue Turf as theBest Attraction for Sports Fans for 3 years. But now for the very first time Albertsons stadium is nominated as one of the best college football stadiums in the USA.

This is a huge deal for both Boise State and Boise State fans as this is a major recognition. Boise State just replaced all their blue turf just in time for the Pac12 season and Albertsons Stadium has been getting some major upgrades lately. With both of these things in mind it's no surprise that the iconic blue Turf and Albertsons Stadium have been nominated as one of the best college football stadiums in America.
