Is It Illegal To Flash Someone In Idaho?
Let's play a game.
Imagine you're in Boise, making your way downtown like Vanessa Carlton, minding your own business. Suddenly, you get the urge to show off your jibblie-bits to a complete stranger walking down the street.
What would happen?
So, are there actual laws in Idaho regarding flashing someone in public?
Oh, there's a law, alright. And it got a major buff not too long ago.
Recently, Governor Brad Little signed House Bill 270 into law, criminalizing the public exposure of a bunch of things, including:
- Breasts (breastfeeding is exempt)
- Artificial breasts
- Genitals
- Toys and/or products that resemble genitals
- Trucknuts
Yes, we're not kidding, it is now a criminal offense to have Trucknuts dangling from your vehicle, because they resemble balls a little too closely, apparently. Ew.
If you're feeling peckish, and really want to try your luck, a first violation is a misdemeanor. Your second time within five years is a felony.
Also, this goes without saying, don't flash people. You're gross.

Alright. If you're still here, you clearly have a thing for showing off your naughty parts. That's fine, we're not here to kink shame. We don't do that here.
As a matter of fact, there are plenty of places where you can explore, fully in the nude, and nobody will even take a second glance.
