I Splurged on Something

I guess this proves that I'm #adulting, but I splurged on something just for me this weekend.  I didn't realize how much I would LOVE my new sheets. 

I had never really understood (or maybe believed) that the thread count could make such a difference.  These are my first 500 thread count sheets (outside of staying in nice hotels) and...THEY.  ARE.  AWESOME.

I had always been too cheap - it's my love language - to make a pricey sheet purchase, but I had a gift card, and my old ones were starting come apart.  Yes, I actually washed them.

These new sheets are so nice.  I'm glad I splurged.  At least, I'm glad now, while I still have groceries.
