Fat Causes Type 2 Diabetes

I used to be a very big person, we're talking close to 300 pounds.  It had gradually crept up on me over the years. I spent a lot of time eating and sitting.  In 1993, I had my "aha" moment.  Today, I keep my weight between 185 and 195 pounds.  I work out almost daily and try to eat what I should.
