Earlier this week I posted about a home in California that was only 480 ft.² zero bedrooms and one bathroom and is listed for just under $1 million. Talk about an outrageous price tag once you see the pictures.

Now let’s compare that to what I have found in Boise, I have found a studio apartment with one bath 500 ft.² located in the Aspen lofts very close to nightlife craft, breweries, restaurants, BSU games and so much more. But is it worth $500,000?

In the pictures, it looks like it’s high enough to get some really good views. The sunset in the pictures looks amazing it’s a very modern studio and the location is great but are you willing to drop $500,000 and maybe what could be a very unstable market here in a couple of months?

Here’s what the realtor had to say “Location is everything! The rarely available, fully secured Aspen Lofts in downtown Boise could be yours! Come join the Boise nightlife with its craft breweries, restaurants, BSU games, Steelheads Hockey, Foothills, Boise River, and the jump directly across the street. This Swanky condo includes a custom Murphy Bed with abundant storage, 10' ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows. Luxury definitely at it's finest!! The opportunity to own here won't last long!"

If you look at the property price, it was listed in September for $499,000 and then removed on October 1st. Prior to that it was listed in September of 21' for $499,000 removed 20 days later, listed again for $749,000 and removed, and then listed again earlier this year for $570,000 and changed to $539,000.

They've been trying to unload this home for almost the entire year... so what's wrong with it? Maybe the fact that you can buy a HOUSE for that much and still get Downtown in a matter of minutes.
