Does Idaho Have A Praying Mantis Population?

I have called the Treasure Valley home for over two years, but yesterday, I found a friend on my patio for the first time.  Do we have Praying Mantises in Idaho? 

That's what this looks like to me, but I was under the impression that the Praying Mantis tended to be green.  I did a little research, and though far more frequently found in tropical climates, it is possible for them to be in the Treasure Valley.  It is also possible for them to appear in different colors to blend in with their surroundings, though the most common color is green.

I've learned something new, and I was really impressed with the blending in skills.
