I've never quite understood all the hoopla around Discovery Channel's "Shark Week," but I'm down to celebrate with these yummy and cute treats!

Shark Week 2019 officially kicked off on Sunday night and runs...er...swims...through Sunday, August 4.  My husband, who's an overgrown child, is one of those people that can't get enough of the shark movies and shark documentaries.  I routinely make him sit through The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise, so I guess he gets this week to feel like he has his man card back! If you've got a shark lover in your family, here's a few fun ways to celebrate before the week is over!

Bonefish Grill

Bonefish Grill in BoDo has whipped up a brand new signature cocktail for Shark Week that you can order through Thursday, August 1! Made with Absolut Citron, St. Germain Liqueur, White Cranberry Juice, Lime Simple and a few frozen cranberries, "Jaws on the Rocks" is served in a no so menacing shark tiki glass!

Joe's Crab Shack

If you're out for a walk on the Greenbelt, jump off and stop by Joe's for their famous Shark Bite drink! It's a cocktail made with Bacardi, Limon Rum, Absolut Vodka, Cruzen 151 Rum, Blue Curaco, Sweet & Sour and a dangerous dose of grenadine (poured from a shark, of course!)

Dutch Bros

Not all Shark Week beverages have to be 21+! Dutch Bros makes a wickedly good Shark Attack Rebel energy drink! It's made with Blue Raspberry, Coconut, Lime and a bite of pomegranate.

Build-A-Bear Workshop

Build-A-Bear at Boise Towne Square Mall has some adorable new friends for the kids to stuff and bring home! Their new Whale Shark and Tiger Shark friends are marked down to just $20.30 during Shark Week. They also have a full line of Shark Week outfits for the sharks or a teddy bear friend!
