Growing up, what did you collect? Beanie Babies? Pogs? Pokemon Cards? Perhaps, now, you've graduated to one of today's hottest collectibles that was born in the Pacific Northwest!

We're talking about the adorable Funko POP vinyl figurines! You might not realize this, but Funko was actually founded in Snohomish, Washington and is currently headquartered in Everett. While the company has been around since the late 90s, they didn't really become mainstream until they introduced the POP line of figurines with their oversized heads and big eyes during the 2010 San Diego Comic Con.

Since then, they've managed to secure over 1,100 licenses to make figurines of characters from popular series like Marvel, DC, Disney, Game of Thrones and Star Wars. They've created POPs of real life legends like Freddy Mercury, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Benjamin Franklin. There's an NFL Line and even a line of college sports mascots. (Although, we're still waiting on a Buster Bronco. Hint hint!)

Of course, Funko managed to get a license for Breaking Bad and created at least six different Pop figurines based on Boise's own, Aaron Paul! While the average retail price of a Funko Pop figurine is around $11, there are people willing to pay a silly, stupid amount of money to get their hands on one very specific Jesse Pinkman Funko Pop! We're talking over $400!

Why is this specific Jesse Pinkman figurine so expensive? Because this beat up version of our favorite character was a San Diego Comic Con International exclusive, meaning that it was only sold on the convention floor at the largest Comic Con in the world. Only 2500 of these Pops were sold in 2014.

There are a few of these Jesse figurines for sale on eBay right now, ranging from $232-$460!

Seeing the price tag on those, makes me feel a little less guilty about asking for an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D Pop that was selling for over $100 for Christmas. If you buy go after one of these Jesse Pops, I can't judge you. I have a small army of Pops growing in my office right now, including that pricy Agent Daisy Johnson that sits front and center on my desk every day!
