Shop Local with Flair: Over 100 Vendors at Craft & Chocolate Affaire
The Craft & Chocolate Affaire returns to Nampa Civic Center on Nov. 7-8 with more than 100 vendors, dozens of chocolate delights, and a special scavenger hunt. And admission is free!
Local artisans are offering everything from handmade home décor and snuggly blankets to festive ornaments, pet apparel, wood carvings, pottery, paintings, jewelry, and more. It's the perfect opportunity to start your holiday shopping while supporting local crafters and small businesses. The entire Nampa Civic Center — from the theater stage to banquet rooms — will be filled with booths, so you're destined to find the perfect gifts for everyone.
While you're at it, be on the lookout for Christmas candy pictures for the special scavenger hunt. Those who find all 18 and get their booklets stamped accordingly will receive a special prize; the booklets can be picked up at the Nampa Civic Center booth at the event.
Of course, there will be lots and lots of chocolate — gourmet fudge, truffles, and more! Santa will even be available for photos for part of the event. Check the Nampa Civic Center Facebook page and event listings (Friday and Saturday) for additional details as they become available.
Until then, you might as well start your holiday shopping list and plan what goodies your home needs to make the most of the season. Once you start shopping at Craft & Chocolate Affaire, you might just find it hard to stick to your list!
