What's terrifying is that literally, anything can happen on the roads of the Treasure Valley. We asked people to share some of the craziest things they've seen happen behind the wheel on the roads of Boise and it's absolutely terrifying.

I can't tell you how many times I have been on the road and noticed the person next to me has their phone directly in their face.
