Construction is underway on the new In-N-Out at The Village in Meridian and while everyone is talking about what it will be like to enjoy their food in the Treasure Valley... what is it like to work there?

Well, newsflash, Ms. Thompson from the 7th grade, flipping burgers can lead you to one of the most secure and lucrative jobs you could ever ask for.

For starters, store associates earn a starting wage of $17 an hour with the potential to earn up to $20 an hour. That's just entry-level; wait until you see what store managers make!
