Here's proof that Amtrak isn't too good being on time.

Back in February, a woman tweeted she was stuck in an Amtrak elevator at Baltimore–Washington International Airport.

Well, fast forward seven months to earlier this week when Amtrak finally responded, shocking the woman. To be fair, she didn't tweet at Amtrak, but, still, it's pretty ridiculous the whole episode unfolded like this.

While Amtrak's tardiness in dealing with the issue is comical, there is some good news for the trapped woman. That's some good customer service to make up for some non-existent customer service, right?
