After being bullied in school and online, Caitlin Prater-Haacke decided to fight back... by being kind. After doing nothing about the bullying, administration took action after seeing Caitlin's act and reprimanded her.

Caitlin Prater-Haacke is a junior in high school. She has been bullied at school and online. During one incident, another student broke into Caitlin's locker, took her iPad and posted a status update telling her to die.

The administration did nothing about the bullying when it was reported.

Two weeks later, knowing the awful feeling of being bullied, Caitlin decided to make others feel better. She arrived at school before everyone and posted positive messages on all 850 lockers. When the students arrived, they were greeted with "you're beautiful" and "you're awesome."

Some of the sticky notes had fallen to the floor which made the school unhappy. Caitlin was reprimanded for littering.

Not everyone agrees with the school administration. The community has rallied to launch an initiative called 'Positive Post-It Day' where people leave anonymous notes of kindness for others.

The police are also investigating the bullying incident.
