
Idaho Twin Sisters Missing Since July 6: Last Seen Near Highway
A missing persons case out of northern Idaho has grabbed the attention of many this week due to its unique circumstances. It's not often we hear of twins that have gone missing together, but this is the scenario that is presently playing out in Boundary County.
Eleven-year-old twin girls have been reported missing by their father in northern Idaho. The girls, whose names are Kiya Jo Eliassen and Arianna Lynn Eliassen, remain missing after nearly three days. They were last seen near Copeland Road (Highway 1) on Monday, July 6.
The father shared information about the girls on Tuesday, which was picked up by multiple sources, including Idaho Missing Persons Alerts and A Voice For The Voiceless, Inc.

Northern Idaho Twin Sisters Were Reported Missing On July 6, 2026

According to details shared by IMPA, the girls have blonde hair, are approximately 4'2" and weigh roughly 85 pounds. One of the girls was wearing a pink backpack when last seen leaving the residence.

Concern has been growing for the girls' safety due to area fires, according to information shared by IMPA. Authorities are asking drivers to keep their eyes open along Highway 1 in Boundary County for any signs of the girls.
