Could Idaho Teachers Start Using “Poop Spray” On Students?
Normally, when a student is acting up in class, there are a few routes a teacher might typically take:
- Detention
- Send the kid to the principal's offic
- A stern talking to
- Assigning the student to write "I will not interrupt during class" 100x times on the chaukboard
Notice how "spraying the student with poop spray" didn't make the list?
We're not even sure how to intro this next part. Let's just do it.
What even is "poop spray," and do I need to worry about a teacher using it on my kid in Idaho?
Hopefully not!
However, at a school in South Carolina, this was very much what happened, and it's pretty much as gross as it sounds.
A teaching assisting in South Carolina is currently facing charges after he got several students sick after dousing them in a spray he purchased online to "imitate fecal odor."
You read that last part right. This teaching assistant thought the best way to calm his students down was to spray them with poop spray.
On top of many students falling ill, the school in question also had to shell out $55,000 for an inspection and repair after the poo spray caused havoc on the building's ventilation system.
If you hear about your student becoming a victim of poop spray while attending an Idaho school, please tell someone. That ain't right.

Are your kids being transported to school in 2025 on an all-electric school bus? Would you believe some parents are absolutely outraged at the thought?
Yes. We know you believe it. But, ya know, had to ask.
