The Boise Blue turf is almost like our cities most prized monument at this point. Everyone knows how special the Blue Turf is and of course it's always been one of the most iconic parts about Boise State.

The Blue Turf Being Sold

The Blue Turf is getting a redo for this upcoming season of Boise State joining the Pac-12. Because of that it's time to say goodbye to the old turf and Boise State is doing something special. They're selling the Blue Turf online! The Blue Turf is now being sold as small 4x6 increments as well as in giant parts. Some parts of the turf are going for 25,000 dollars!

Well one person decided it was a good idea and went ahead with the purchase and we definitely were shocked by this one.

Big Cat Buys The Blue

Big Cat of Barstool Sports announced today on Twitter that he had bought the 10 yard line of the Boise State Blue turf.

Not only did Big Cat by the 10 yard line of The Blue but he's getting it installed to the Barstool Sports office in Chicago. If this Blue Turf could've ended up anywhere this is definitely a good place for it to go. We can't wait to see the final version of the Blue Turf when it finally gets installed!
