With Boise State Football starting September 2nd on the road against Washington, tailgaters still have time to perfect their favorite tailgate food before showing it off at their Boise State tailgate. The first home game this season is September 9th against UCF. With six home games this year, you'll have plenty of chances to amaze your friends and family with your tailgate grub. I love tailgating because it gives me an opportunity to elevate the standard tailgate food to another level. Every time I bring something to tailgate, my goal is to have the best food there. Even if that means smoking a pork butt overnight.
