Boise Fry Company Owner Writes Book About Fries

If you love fries (and burgers too), no doubt you've experienced (and recommended) our local favorite Boise Fry Company.  Now co-owner Blake Lingle is writing about his restaurants famous food. 

Lingle has written his new book "Fries! An Illustrated Guide to the World's Favorite Food."  It's fitting that a guy who has a restaurant (with 4 locations and soon to be a new Nampa location) that specializes in fries from the Potato State would put this together.

He says he's not a food scholar or expert, and just dug into the history and modern day applications of the fruits of the great potato.
