Wi Fi Can Boost Your Vitamin D
This is me in my office when I'm not in front of a microphone in the 107.9 Lite FM studio. Thanks to Wi-Fi and a cell phone I can multi task and soak up some natural Vitamin D from the sun.
Our studio is maybe only 200 feet from the Boise River and the greenbelt and with my high tech gadgets I can take my work outside with me. Studies have shown that at least 20 minutes of sunshine a day can increase your vitamin D and boost your creativity. So don't be surprised if you see me perched outside on a bench, rock or log the next time you stop by the radio station...in fact I'd love it if you joined me!
