My dad is getting up there in years, but no teenager is going to out-emoji this guy!  He's determined to fully express himself through pics of beer mugs, corn in the husk, and Christmas trees. By the way, did you hear what emoji might be coming next?  You and my dad will wonder how you survived without it for this long.

Flat screens are everywhere now, and while they look great at our favorite bars and restaurants and on the walls at home, they've created some serious issues for city trash collections.  The old boxy TV sets that have been replaced by flat screens can't just be junked, because they're toxic.  This is what Boise is doing about it.

It's not often that you open a Christmas gift, play with it, and get fined for doing it.  But that could happen this year as this thing gets more popular.

How many times do you check your smart phone in a day?  The average is, well, a lot.  It's less than a hundred times a day, but the number is still a shocker.

My friend got a new car, my former co-worker has met a new love interest and my cousin got engaged. I found all of this out and I haven't spoken with any of them. It was all via text. The problem: I don't see anything wrong with it. Am I just one of those people using technology in place of real-life conversations?
