We're living through strange times in the world these days and unfortunately, Boise is not immune to the ripple effect of global issues. More and more we see businesses struggling to stay afloat and the folks that want to support? We're struggling, too.

News coming out of the heart of Downtown Eagle has many celebrating as one popular and LOCAL destination for tacos, tequila, and sunny rooftop vibes will be capitalizing on their success in the community by opening up a third location!

They're about to open an all new location! 

Just under a year ago, we shared the news that they would be expanding into McCall, right below The Yacht Club overlooking the lake.

Now, a new location is on the way and it's a bit 'closer to home'. The new location will be technically, in Garden City, right along the greenbelt on the Boise River.

Located in 'The Boardwalk' along the popular walking trail, this new taco destination already familiar to many in the Treasure Valley will be opening alongside a handful of other new concepts, also being operated by the same local ownership.

Spitfire Tacos and Tequila is a bustling local restaurant that checks a box for everyone-- from their insanely large and delicious breakfast burritos to their expansive tequila collection--the creative twist on tacos and more that Spitfire brings to the Treasure Valley has been a hit since day one.

Locally owned and operated, Spitfire also happens to offer one of the best rooftops anywhere in the Treasure Valley--with a bar and full restaurant service up top!
