Boise's Newest Steakhouse Redefining Fine Dining

Boise's culinary landscape is about to be transformed with the arrival of Hemlock, a boutique steakhouse opening in Spring 2025. Located at the prestigious Inn at 500, Hemlock promises a dining experience like no other, blending culinary innovation with a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Scott Slater and Todd Ketlinski have already made waves with Spitfire Tacos + Tequila, and now they're bringing their creative flair to the Boise Steakhouse scene. Hemlock will deliver a menu showcasing premium cuts of meat, complemented by an elevated cocktail program. Diners can also look forward to playful touches like table-side baked potato service (YUM!), adding a fun twist to traditional steakhouse dining.

Award-winning Chef Richard Langston is curating Hemlock’s inaugural menu. Known for his ability to merge tradition with ingenuity, Langston’s dishes will pay homage to Boise's rich culinary history while offering bold, unexpected flavors. The venue’s vibrant atmosphere will also include striking interior design, a grand piano playing ’90s hip-hop and top 40 hits, and special offerings like 'Brunch with Beats,' debuting in Summer 2025. So, we've got something to look forward to after their Spring opening.
