We're terrible at keeping secrets, so today we're excited to say it loud and proud! Boise and the Treasure Valley's Official Christmas Music Station is back!

Over the past 12 days, we've been reading your Facebook messages, app chats and e-mails. We tried to get back to as many of you as we could to answer one the biggest question you had about our radio station. "When will you start playing Christmas music?"

2021's been another challenging year and many of you have told us how excited you are to wrap yourselves up in the love, hope and joy that Christmas music delivers each holiday season. It's an incredible honor to be the soundtrack to a holiday season that will reunite families that were separated last Christmas season.

And that's a HUGE reason to celebrate, so we're giving away stockings of incredible prizes all day long! Here's a preview of what prizes you can win each hour today!

Continuous Christmas Favorites have returned to 107.9 LITE-FM and to celebrate, we're gifting you amazing stockings all throughout the first workday that jingle bells are filling your office!

We also know that these feelings of joy about the holiday season may not be universal. Many families in the Treasure Valley have experienced loss or have been deal an incredibly tough set of circumstances this year. While we can't fix everything these families are experiencing, we're assembling quite the team to help give our neighbors in need a hand up when through LITE-FM Christmas Wish. If you'd like to help us make a difference for these families our friends at Pioneer Federal Credit Union have already set-up a link for you to donate to our Christmas Wish fund online or you can drop off donations at any of their branches. Nominations for families who can use help on Monday, November 15.
