Have you parked in Downtown Boise over the last few days?  If so, you may have noticed the new "right-pricing" parking system is in effect.

The gist is that the closer you park to the downtown core, the more you will pay at the meter.  Boise city Hall, most of BoDo, and the 8th Street corridor will cost $1.50 for the first hour and $2.50 for the second.  Prices are lower the farther you are from the downtown core.  The city is calling the system "right-pricing."

All meters will continue to offer the first 20 minutes free.
