There's no denying it. The Treasure Valley's experienced an unseasonably warm February.

As great as that is for getting out and doing things like hiking in the foothills or going for a run on the Greenbelt, temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s don't bode well for trying to keep an ice rink frozen. That's why the staff at Indian Creek Plaza is closing their Ice Ribbon for the season ten days earlier than originally planned.

That leaves you just three days left to skate! Whether permitting, these will be the rink's hours until the season ends on Wednesday, February 19.

  • Monday, February 17: 6:30-8 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 18: 7-9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 19: 7-9 p.m.

Indian Creek plaza also wants to fit in celebrating Fat Tuesday before the rink's final day, so they'll do that Tuesday night with a special 2-For-1 Fat Tuesday special on skating passes beginning at 7 p.m.
