Running a 5K can be a little bit intimidating (if you've been away from runs for a while or don't feel you're at your best physical condition), but the whole idea behind this one makes it just a little bit easier.  Half the challenge is navigating the obstacles including new ones this year like Crash Course, Slingshot, Waverunner, The Mad House, The Humps, and Mattress Run.
